In the unlikely event that a service call must be scheduled, you’ll receive a preferred rate. ($150/hr 1 tech / $225/hr multiple techs)
Proactive Monitoring and Remote Repair
Proactively monitor your system (a one-time additional hardware purchase may be required). You will be notified via email when and if it happens.

Hours per year during normal business hours. Upon initial contract signing we will schedule a system diagnostic (included in cost).

Exclusive same-day dispatch for issues not resolvable remotely. Monday-Friday 8AM to 8PM and Emergency onsite support Saturday/Sunday 8AM to 8PM billed at $150/hr 1 tech / $225/hr multiple techs.
