In the early 90's technology was beginning to surface, and took the world by surprise. The technology was moving at a very fast pace and the thought was that the 2000s would bring us flying cards, talking robotic dogs and robot house keeping. Now we might not be living in a futuristic utopia like the Jetsons, but with home automation, we can live a very similar life. Well, without the flying cars I guess.
