HOW TO MAKE YOUR MORNINGS BETTER

Let's be honest, we live in a hectic time. With our work and social lives and staying fit, who has time to get the recommended 8-hour sleep? So we all know what it is like to wake up tired and snoozing that alarm clock one more time. What if with just a few adjustments, you could make it a little bit easier. We have some ways to make the mornings easier and start the day waking up on the right side of the bed.

Alarm Clock

The old alarm clocks sound like a truck just started unloading in your bedroom. Nowadays, there are multiple alarm clocks that focus on waking you up naturally. It starts with a large sunrise-stimulated wake-up light that slowly turns on and gradually turns brighter before your alarm sounds. Many integrate with Bluetooth so instead of waking up to a truck, you can wake up to your favorite tunes.

Thermostat

It's well known that you sleep better in a colder room. Thermostats such as the NEST learns your routine and behavior (or you can set it) and will start warming the house so you will wake up to it, making it much easier to get out of bed since it won't be cold. The NEST also has an energy saving mode when it notices nobody is in the house, saving you money.

Morning routine

The morning routine is something we all dread and is tolerable at best. Finding your coffee, waiting until your coffee is ready, opening the blinds and get hit by that bright sunshine in your eyes. There is no reason home automation can't do all this for you, making your morning routine something you look forward to. Your coffee machine can grind beans, brew the coffee or start the kettle before you wake. So now you wake up to the smell up freshly brewed coffee! If that doesn't get you out of bed, automated blinds will slowly open themselves up, lighting your room up.

Automate your morning tasks so you can start your mornings off right and get you out the door faster. Which means, now we finally get those 5 extra minutes without running late. These are all small things that can make your life a lot easier. Our experts have a lot to offer you and would love to discuss your future! Get a free consultation and see what we can do for you!
